Miami Business Attorney.  Prior to establishing Suero Law, Evelyn Suero worked as an associate attorney at a tax & estate planning law firm and an international business & regulatory law firm where she focused on Florida corporate law, international business transactions, estate planning for local and foreign investors, and probate administration.  In this capacity, Ms. Suero gained significant experience representing individual and corporate clients through all phases of business investment and expansion.  Also, as the sole Spanish-speaking attorney, Ms. Suero had to both master the law and translate it for her clients.  Her experience makes her uniquely qualified to effectively represent global entrepreneurs and foreign investors.

Evelyn Suero is originally from New York City, New York.  She is bilingual in written and oral English and Spanish and has studied at some of the most selective, Ivy League educational institutions in the country: earning both a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and a juris doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School where she served as associate editor of the Journal of Law & Social Change and participated in the Income Tax Clinic.

Ms. Suero has appeared as featured speaker and commentator at the World Trade Organization (WTO) Public Forum, Univision Despierta America, the Hispanic Alliance for Career Enhancement (HACE), People en Español Poderosas Live!, the Daily Business Review, and as a community advocate before the Miami-Dade Board of County Commissioners.  Ms. Suero has also lectured on the topics of NEGOTIATIONS & INFLUENCE and INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTS.

In addition to her formal practice areas, Evelyn Suero is also very active and well-connected in the community.  She is Vice-Chair of the Miami-Dade County Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board (HAAB), Board Member for Lean In Latinas - Miami, Member of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT-South Florida Chapter), and Former Director of the Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL)
